TennisKids® franchise in less than one month after receiving this information. And, you could be operating your first
location as soon as you have completed our comprehensive TennisKids® Training Program for new franchisees!

The TennisKids®Franchisee Process
Complete the franchisee application . Return this form along with a current resume and references.
Upon receipt and initial approval of the franchisee application, we will phone you for an interview and request
permission to contact your personal references. You will have an opportunity to ask questions about TennisKids®
and we can send you our promotional video.
Next, schedule a mutual evaluation visit at TennisKids® Home Office in California. You will be presented
with a Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC). This visit includes observation of classes, lunch with the
executive staff, and the opportunity to review all aspects of the franchise relationship. Discussions cover your territory
demographics, market development plan and the training program.
Contact other TennisKids®franchise owners, listed in the UFOC, to learn more about the day-to-day
operations of the business. We encourage you to call the franchisees and gather as much information as possible. When
you have concluded your review process, complete the Application for Purchase of TennisKids® Franchise and
mail it in.
Upon approval of the Application for Purchase we sign the final agreements and schedule your date for training.
